For general health benefits and cell restoration:

Daily:    Take 1 capsule with water 3 times per day on an empty stomach
              1/2 hour before eating or drinking anything other than water.

For more advanced health concerns such as Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis,
Diverticulitis, Celiac, etc:

Day 1:     Take 3 capsules with water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
                1/2 hour before eating or drinking anything other than water.
Day 2:     Take 6 capsules with water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
                1/2 hour before eating or drinking anything other than water.
Day 3:     Take 5 capsules with water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
                1/2 hour before eating or drinking anything other than water.
                Take 5 capsules with water 1/2 hour before dinner on an empty stomach.

Remain at the Day 3 dosage until all symptoms have stabilized.

Continue at the Day 3 dosage for an additional forty days, after which you will transition to the general daily
dose of three capsules per day as depicted above.

Adults depending on severity of symptoms, above dosages may be doubled.

Children: Due to choking hazard, do not give this product to children under the age of 12 except under supervision of an adult.
